We like to complain about how society is terrible these days and there are so many problems in the world, but objectively speaking we live in the greatest time in all of human history by a margin that is not even relatively close. To apply that to our discussion, humans are very bad at sensing absolutes like "what is a healthy body weight?" Humans are not built to sense absolutes, we are built to sense comparisons, and when you are comparing people against the 70% of americans who are overweight or obese, many people come out looking "skinny" in that equation when in reality they are overweight

None of the rest of these really bother me or are kinda funny, but this actually triggers me. I have type 1 and when I was diagnosed when I was like 13, I researched it online and kept reading articles about "How I cured my diabetes with nothing but diet and exercise :^)". This naturally gave me a tremendous amount of false hope that I could to reverse it. I can't even count the number of time I gave myself hypoglycemia trying to push myself to work out as hard as I could, even though I was always at a healthy weight. Then my doctor explained that these fat pieces of shit have a separate condition; they don't even have permanent diabetes, they can be healthy whenever they want! Not only that, but the symptoms of type 2 diabetes aren't half as bad. Unless it's severe you don't even have to take insulin. Anyone who is under the age of 65 and has type 2 diabetes deserves to pay a severe tax penalty or insurance premium hike. Not to mention the type 1 diabetes should just be called diabetes, type 2 should be renamed syrup blood syndrome or something.

Have you ever seen this happen in real life? I have only once. A fat woman I worked with thought she was super hot shit because god knows why. She got drunk enough at the company holiday party to make a pass at the moderately fit boyfriend of one of her coworkers. He dismissed her out of hand and she rage quit the party and didn't show up for work the following Monday or Tuesday. The best thing about it was that it wasn't even a big scene or anything, the guy just acted like he was mildly inconvenienced and then she returned to being just part of the scenery for him, like a lamp or chair. I was talking with the guy about hunting when it happened, and watching her try to process what happened was goddamn amazing.
