Things I found that help

>Buy a shower brush and actual scrub your back
>Try out different soaps on a bimonthly basis until you find one that you see results with
>Get sun exposure daily. This actually helps my bacne the most, even just 15 mins of sun bathing does wonders.

>clean clothes
>drink lots of water
>eat clean (keep dairy to minimum). Avoid greasy foods.
