A guy I meet sometimes in the gym really wanted to get better at deadlift. He was fucking around, but making good gains. His friend who told him to do 130kg deadlift for 5x5 every time he went to train for a month and then max out and he would be able to lift 180kg, maybe 185kg he said.

Women don't give a shit about Aesthetics. They don't even care if your little bit on the chubby side as long as you're bigger than them. Most women would prefer a chubby guy that looks decently sized then a shredded guy who looks like he doesn't even lift in a T-shirt

And before you call me a fatty, I'm not . I sacrifice a little bit of strength to maintain a six pack and Vascular arms.

I'll tell you a secret, not that you're ever going to really use it to have sex with women or anything: women don't want a man who goes to the gym religiously. They want you to look good naturally. So if you go to the gym a lot don't talk about it.

Probably, your quads are going to maximally challenged at the bottom of a heavy squat, and it's your glutes that get you through the movement. If your quads are too weak your glutes won't be able to do enough, and if your glutes are too weak they still won't be able to do enough. Training both can't hurt at all.

Paused squats or front squats first, and moderately heavy hypers as an actual accessory. If you do them right you shouldn't just be torching your lumbar, it should be an ass exercise.
