Why would I lie on a japanese forumboard? I weighed myself this morning after taking a piss and I weighed in at 77.1kg which is 170 pounds.I started out at 106kg which is around 233lbs (could've been more or less can't exactly remember). The before pic is 2 months into the cut in case you think I'm bullshitting. I don't have a proper "day 1" pic because I was ashamed as fuck back then.

Wtf I weigh 190 at your same height and you still look skinnier than me in your before pic.

I am literally just like you 5'10" and 230 and I loom way fatter that your first pic. Give me some tips I am about to start the gym tomorrow.

Honest advice? Work on your form. Especially deadlifts/squats. You will feel like shit for the first 2-3 weeks but if you manage to keep going, you'll start feeling a lot better. What kept me going was motivation. I wanted to look good in clothes.
