prob not. i'd still say make a 50g oatmeal 50g whey protein 50g chia seed smoothie every day. caloric deficit is still HUUGE but at least you get some nutrients in.

Why would you go on a waterfast. Water is like a god tier drink for fatties. No calories, fills the stomach, as good as free(I believe it costs around 0,0005 euros a liter. Or 0.1ct a gallon. And it doesn't taste bad and depending on where you live it can actually taste pretty good
