I stopped recovering well and stall most of the time, so my guess is I should pick an intermediate routine.

Bench and OHP are trash compared to my squat and DL.

Ohp is like 80kg for 1, bench is 117kg for 2.

Squat is 190kg and DL is like 250kg.

I put most my effort into improving my bench benching 3 times a week, I DL properly once every week or 2 and do light variation work most weeks but it goes up without effort and is my best lift.

What gives its almost like no matter how I train I get same result.

I've noticed that the best way for me to stay upright, reach depth with a neutral spine etc is to point my toes out more (highbar). Probably due to shitty ankles but also hip structure, just wondering if it actually matters that much or if I should keep doing this if it's most comfortable?

I squatted two days ago, for the first time in a year.
Managed to do some 150kg triples, which I feel is OK considering I did no quad work whatsoever.
Knees were stinging a bit when my quads contracted the hardest, but felt fine afterwards.
I think I will keep it up to be honest. Medical field around me has convinced me that retropatellarthrosis is highly overestimated in its significance.

I don't think that many points out the toes quite a bit but Layne Norton set a squat world record with the ugliest form in the world and Haack pulls like 310-320 kgs with a grip and rip roundbacked style. There's nothing wrong with having unorthodox form as long as it's not injurous and you can keep getting stronger with it.

When pulling sumo what I currently do is basically squat down, grab the bar and push down into the ground as fast as I can.

I'm aware this isn't a "technically sound" way of pulling sumo, (but it is strong for me).
A friend once told me you should lean down to grab the bar, then sit back until your posterior chain is tight and springy and pull back? (If I recall correctly, it was a while ago)

Right now I'm really just doing a squat but with the bar on the ground ngl.

Nice lifts man. Both reps looked good, on the second you rounded your back slightly wich makes lockout harder. What you could try is to have the bar closer to your shins when you set up so the bar is closer to your center of mass, making it easier to pull with a straight back since you eliminate a unneccessary movement arm.
