I have one a week while the other six days ate 1000 calorie deficit and its been working for me
You don't have a cheat day you have a cheat meal
Every day, your body knows what it wants and needs. If you're craving a food, just eat it because obviously there's something there you need.
If you fast for the first 8 hours of the day it speeds up your metabolism up so you can eat higher calorie food for the rest of the day
just accept that chocolate and most sweets are trash and don't even taste better than more healthy snacks like peanuts

But seriously, it's not something you should have often, or else you'll gain weight. Besides, most candy doesn't even taste that good, eat better stuff.
My cheat days are generally holidays, when we have big family meals and I eat way too much sweet potato casserole. Fuck that stuff is good.

It's not fatty logic though. I used to be fat and losing a lot of weight now and started noticing these kinds of cravings which were almost inexistent when I ate all and everything. For example sometimes after workout I'll have a craving for sugar, sometimes meat or fish etc.

That's not true at all. Your body sometimes reacts to parasites and bacteria.
Candide for example, makes you crave sweets. That doesn't mean that you should eat it and feed the candida.

Intermittent Fasting is a very effective way of cutting if you are too much of a bitch to cut off all sugars.

on bulk i have a cheat meal once a week, but still i edit my daily calories around that meal so i don't go too much off.
on cut one cheat day every 30-40 days, i usually eat the same things i eat on diet day but much more like a whole roasted chciken for lunch and dinner.
