So /fit/, I usually drink about 2.5 litres of semi-skimmed milk a day, which is about 40g of fat. I'm thinking about switching to skimmed milk which would have about 2.5g of fat per 2.5 litres. Would switching lower my bodfat significantly? I do quite a lot of cardio normally, and eat low fat foods for the most part
Skim is fucking nasty, I rather drink almond milk

I'm willing to drink it if it means that I loose some fat

If it's all about the calories then try water.

No, beacuse I can get like 150g of protein a day drinking skimmed milk
