Thinking about getting on a ketodiet the next few months, wanted to know if it works and if I should stay on it longer. Im trying to cut. Pic unrelated

Id lift a lil bit. Atleast three times a week. Even if it is just like 4 exercises. Bench press. ohp, tricep extensions. Thatll help burn off some more calories. Do atleast 30 min of cardio each day. If not everday go a lil bit more other days. Look into HIIT cardio

Sigh. Lift. Keto is actually pretty good for losing weight in combination with lifting and hiit. Lost 40 pounds in about 3.5 months this way. Just put in calories in and out and make sure you eat. Every hour session burns about 200 calories and spikes your metabolism for a day after. By utilizing this by doing hiit 4 times a week, you are theoretically raising your metabolism which not only helps speeding weight loss, but also keeping it off which is what most newbies that quit after a month and gain it all back see. Lift if you want progress. Don't lift if you don't. It's as easy as that.
