That depends on what you call tall. Assuming you're an American between 20-35, one standard deviation from the mean height of 5'10" is 5'11.5", and two standard deviations is 6'4.5". So "tall" is entirely subjective. My opinion, it somewhere in the middle, probably around 6'2".

Depends on what you mean.
It isn't tall enough for most people to think of you as "tall" but it is tall enough to be taller than most people you encounter.
