I took off my shirt and flexed and a friend asked me if I had scoliosis. Said I either had an extra rib or a flared rib.
I just noticed this and I feel kind of worried.
It protrudes roughly a quarter to a half inch more than the other one and might be responsible for my core sticking out further than my chest.
Is their any way I can fix this? Does anyone here have this?

Also, when I flex my core the rib will be compressed into place, but when I let go and breath deeply it sort of expands outward more than the right rib.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you're gay. But lots of people are. Especially here.

I have one side protruding as well, diagnosed with scoliosis in early puberty so had to swim while growing, I'm safe now from it getting worse but stuck like you with that rib protruding, and yes, even core.

How is your scapula? This the one I would go for

Most obvious in this one though.
im not a doctor, but you are standing with your left side more elevated (which is also left in the pic due to mirror) so it might be posture or something to do with a single strap backpack or maybe scoliosis
idk brah
