I get a good 45-60 minute heavy lift session only if I smoke some pot and barley start drinking Vodka.. Like 3-4 shots in, any more it's bad for my stomach.. Still... Don't recommend it.. But it happens.. We r alcoholics .. I'm still putting in the weight time..

drinking while/after training are deffo the worst, and depending on how much you drink I'd say drinking after lifting is worst, since your body needs to recover for muscle growth and alcohol kindof fucks that up.

Literally today had 2 pints at lunch, hit the gym 4 hours later and felt like absolute shit. If that's how bad it is after only a couple then I dread to think how bad it would be to lift when steaming
