Porn addiction is bad as all kinds of addiction. If you consider some kind of 'porn habit' it's already a excuse to keep going with your addiction. Think about a smoker who considers a 'good smoking habit'.

A guy who considers no kind of habit, but still watching porn sometimes without caring about it, has an actual healthy habit, just because je does'nt depend on it.

I'm almost off porn, I never go to /b/ or boards where I know I'll see it anymore, but sometimes even if I won't google image search something I'll come here to /fit/ because I know there will probably be something decent to whack off to, but instead you've inspired me to just use my imagination. It would be cool if all of /fit/ was more opposed to porn, it would definitely help me a lot.

I guess, as long as its not an habit to watch it and you dont watch some fucked up stuff that make you feel bad, its not to bad to watch it once in a while. But, theres basicly no need to watch it alone, since you easily fall into the habit scheme.

My problem is: My brain connects fapping with porn and vice versa. I'm not used to fapping without it and making this a new habit is difficult because it seems boring. Same time I often dont know: Am I horny and want to fap, therefore want to watch porn, or do i want to watch porn and then I want to fap.
