I didn't know where else to look to /fit/ , a little about me.

More contradictions. You're not eating whatever you want if you're eating salad and counting calories. I say you don't worry about that shit. Get more fatty meat in your diet and lift heavy. High sets, low reps, high weight. Keep track of how much you're lifting so you'll know if you make progress.

that doesnt mean you eat a lot! actually count calories instead of thinking "wow, i stuffed myself, i bet i ate 10k calories!". you didnt. eat a lot and you will gain weight. period. that not up to debate.
