For one week? I don't know of any gyms that have a good cheap deal. Most have this sign up for one year bs.
Club Danube has a 1 month card for like ~50€ which is not really cheap tho.

There aren't any gyms with a one week deal I think. You could either pay 15-20€ daily for a shitty commercial gym (fitinn, mcfit) or go to "Das Gym" (Intelligent strength, probably the coolest gym in europe) for the same price.
