But mostly 1. I still half assed lifting but ae like a fatass.

Gained 12kg. It's unbelievable how i went from constant mirin every day to 0.00% mirin

It's a lifestyle. I want to live for a pretty long time and be mobile and strong for as much of it as possible.
Life is brutally short man. Lifting, studying, hiking, and fucking work for making me happy so I wanna do a lot of those before I croak.
