Hey /fit/ 5,7 115 dyel skelly here, i need help on a routine for my upper body because i really need to start but i only have dumbells and bench. Also some bulking tips would also help. Lastly how long does it take to achieve a natty physique?

If you don't have the money / resources to use any real equipment and your goal isn't just general fitness the only thing that you'll really see a difference from is eating more and getting bigger. For the cheapest easiest and quickest results do GOMAD. If that's too much for you so is working out

good luck anon. hope you commit to it and don't give up. 3-4 years. bulk on oats, p&j sandwiches, dairy, eggs. just eat everything that is fresh or home made. and any junk food only after you've trained and hit your targets. extra calories ain't so bad for you skelly.

3000 cal a day -
Breakfast = 3 eggs and 1,000 calorie shake made of oats, peanut butter, milk, whey
Mid day meal can be whatever just get at least 500 cals
Dinner = 700-1000 cals (pasta, chicken, steak, potatos, etc)
Another Shake = 1,000
Snack before bed (cottage cheese usually)
Workout:
I'd start with 5x5, bench, squat, deadlifts, basic strength for the first month. By the time you'll be browsing on /fit/ for a while and decide what you want to get into after lurking enough

I saved up for equipment in my garage, i'm 20, studying, working 30 hours a week AND busting my ass cold showers in the morning, no fap and working out.

Your first steps is the job, no money, your working out is pointless if you aint eating right. So get a fucking job in retail
