If you've been working out for the past few days then sure. If you're a fat fuck then you're not tired you're just a fat piece of shit

No you pussy.

Last deployment we would sometimes go out two times in one night for God and country and that didn't stop any of us from PT'ing the next day.

fine. long answer it is...

fuck no. the only correct answer to your question is: >>41317364

if you're just starting out, and haven't taken in enough liquids, rest and good nutrition, it's not your fault. mistake of eating less/resting less/not drinking enough should not be repeated, though.

the fatigue will slowly go away, as you go along the road.

Yes, ofc, it's a great excuse

I hope this isn't a meme. I feel tired almost all day. I don't know what it would feel like to have energy the whole day. I don't even know what is normal.

What are you exactly doing, what are you hoping to achieve and what is your diet? There can be a bazillion things wrong with what you're doing, or none and you just have a hard time adjusting to a regular exercise routine. Exercise has to be rewarding in some fashion, otherwise it will be very difficult to keep it up regularly for long periods of time, which is the only way you can achieve the goals you have.

If its due to a severe lack of sleep, or intense exhaustion from work, it's fine, but really try to work on your sleep and excercise schedule. sleep/wake earlier to excercise before work
