here's a cheap nutritionally complete day:
chicken thighs
canned salmon
bread
potatoes / sweet potatoes with skin
lentils
sunflower seeds
mushrooms
kale
tomatoes
onions
garlic
I make a salmon sandwich with a kale salad and sunflower seeds for breakfast.
make mushroom bhaji (potato tomato onion curry) with chicken and lentils for dinnner.
this covers all your nutritional needs affordably and is easily scaleable.

>~200 grams of protein daily
goodbye kidneys
It varies day to day but this is normally my go to. I eyeball most of it thanks to months of counting calories like fucking rainman, currently losing weight slowly
I eat a multitude of meals that include vegetables, fish, eggs, meat and grains because I know how to cook and I don't want to eat the same thing every day.

Both are good for you tho. What about having a balanced diet and not a diet of 90% carbs coming from white bread or a diet of 90% fat from margarine
