To keep it fitness related, I don't think Blaha's advice holds any merit. As someone who used to watch him back in the day, he would always contradict himself on what he says in his video.

One video talks about a certain form of training, and then the next one completely goes against what he said in the previous video, as if he forgot he made the previous video at all.

He seems pretty desperate for attention lately. A lot of fitness community drama videos, baiting Alpha Destiny, Kali Muscle, etc.

I think there's more than one, the main one is someone called Marco (no idea who that is), I just saw something about Blaha saying he couldn't remember the exact address of his storage unit and that had something to do with him being served.

Some have suggested he's really living in someone's garage, but there's no real reasons it couldn't be a storage unit.
