If yes, repeat with second biggest guy
Repeat until you find the biggest injury free individual

If you have started lifting you should soon find that part of the enjoyment is your chance to focus, push yourself to new limits (safely) in critical moments. I never judge someone by how much they are lifting. I've seen thin framed lifters lift heavy max weight or have unbelievable endurance at slightly less weight. You shouldn't make assumptions either. you never know when someone is in the middle of an elaborate routine or has already done their max and is burning out deliberately.

The main reason I'm putting off lifting weights (i'm currently on a diet and going to spin classes 3 times weekly to help me along) is because I'm terrible at knowing what a good routine is or what muscles to work on. For example I very easily overwork my arms or even abs.

There's only one dyel that I hate at my gym. Two actually.

The first one isn't that bad. He's just been lifting four years and made zero gains. Not a single one. I think he's pretty much given up and all he does now is hamstring curls on the machine and stretches for like an hour. He's really nice but it's fucking annoying whenever I need to use the hamstring machine. His existence scares me into working harder.

The other one is fish mouth. He's this asian lanklet who's face looks like his breath smells bad. He does all kinds of mainlander asian tier lifts like front squats. Seen him for two years. Zero gains.

I don't think they get any protein.

I think hamstring guy is low test and fish mouth has like zero protein intake.

I started liftin as a former fat who cut down to auschwitz mode. Everybody hated me at my golds. They'd talk shit about me, make fun of me. Four years of consistency and I'm starting to look better than those same guys.

I have somewhat of a chad status in my gym because of it. Everyone's seen how much I progressed and how dedicated I am. I have made really good friends. I flat out ignore the chad and stacey crowd who put me down so much in the beginning. Stacey's are starting to mire.
