I hope this doesn't sound retarded. I currently get 5 gallon bottles filled up at a local water store for ~30 cents a gallon. It's tastes great, I always thought it was great. Now I'm reading that reverse osmosis water diludes your vitamins and stuff since the water is too pure. I was wonder if I should sprinke some dirt in it or what the fuck. I won't buy disposable bottled water. Never tried the tap water faucet filters. Open discussion for water. How much you drink?

Those water dispensers have to meet certain FDA norms, worry not my friend. Water from pretty much every source has enough sodium for you to absorb it correctly, what you're thinking of is ultrapure water, used in electronics and chemistry labs, that shit is dangerous and you wont find it easy.
