Cut Jesus fucking christ, how is this even a question?? Do you seriously think you have the determination to get massive sumo muscles and then cut it all? It's not worth the diabetes you will have in the middle
Do both anabolic and aerobic exercises, just focus more on aerobics. Shit like hiit does wonders on fat people

You won't look athletic, but from your "fat, unappealing to everyone" position to looking "average" it's definitely doable.
Great looks will arrive after at least 6 months if you are high-test and young, and funcional fitness after around a year of constant cardio and anabolics.

Eat maintenance or 100-200 calories under. Get at least 1.5g/kg of bodyweight of protein a day.

Lift hard.

You'll be looking decent in 6 month, and the you can pick cut or bulk depending on goals.

Focus on cardio, running, jumping rope, anything that will burn calories. Your goal should be to lose weight, and THEN build muscle. ffs don't even think about bulking, be slightly below maintainance and exercise constantly. Focus on cardio, but also start doing other exercises like push ups or, instead of doing weights, do pull ups/chin ups.
