Do you ladies do cardio before or after you work out?
Should you do cardio before and take a break or go right to working out?
Cardio always after.
Cardio after to not waste the precious lifting energy.
Cardio in mornings, lifting in evenings
5 minutes of cardio to warm up before lifting.
Cardio is basically my workout.

I do 10 minutes of cardio at the beginning, do my workout, then stretch after.
jog/run a mile to a mile and a half, then go lift. cardio is 2-3 days a week and all by its self... cyclist
