I hit 1 pl8 OHP and 2 pl8 bynch within a year of lifting because i started as chest+arms everydsy curlbro.
Didnt hit 3 pl8 squat and 4 pl8 deadlift for another year after that after i started doing lower body regularly
Basically took me around 3 years to hit 2/3/4/5

2.5 yr coz I am a manlet
3 months for press( was butterfly swimmer in hs)
1.5 years for bench
1 year squat( by not squatting and building my front squat up to 250)
Don't deadlift heavy, but 1 year for deadlift that estimated to 4 pl8
last one for me was deadlift which I got at around 10 months
A year, bench took a couple months longer because my bench has always been shit. 5'11 180 lbs

Squat took forever. Stuck con 2.5 for months. 3pl8 a year almost.

Around 2,5 years. But they were always on seperate days. Now 1 year later I'm lifting everyday the 4 exercises with a minimum load of 1/2/3/4.

It took 2-2.5 years to hit 2/3/4/5 but idk when exactly I hit 1/2/3/4
1/2 were less than a year. The 3/4 took probably around 1.5 years.

1 year but I hyperbulked during late puberty 17-18 and got really fat and my form sucked

Squats os hardest tho, i can barely do 2 plates, 3 plates seems almost impossible... I hate legs.... Mine are so weak
been training 3 months
i'm at 55/75/105/95 atm (deloaded)
About 3 months in lifts in lbs are at
115/170/190/285
Hoping I can hit 1234 by end of this year. Starting to really struggle on all lifts again. I smell a deload soon
