Push press vs overhead press?
For most people, strict press, its going to have more carry over to shoulder size and strength. PP is a great lift but more assistance for oly lifting.
OHP, 4 you.
Leave push pressing to weightlifters with coaches and good mobility.

OHP as main exercise
Push press as lockout accessory after the main OHP sets
Seated DB press for mad delt pump
Lat raises for mid delt
Superset with
LTEs or cable pushdowns to train triceps for shoulder extension

Are 'raise' is absulote meme teir unless you're on roids. Even then, there's a lot of information out there that shows its incredibly bad for your joints. And, because of the nature or the movement, you cant progress as well on it as others (he ce why with roids it's semi okay)
Ohp has great activation, and helps a lot with your back and chest. Single dumbell overhead press with proper form is the only other accessory you need as a natty person

presses pretty much only build good front delts.
there are other ways to train lateral delts, but lateral raises done correctly work fine too.

>Training side delts is a meme for roided
>Lifting 10-15 lb dumbells is bad for the joints
>Needing progress incentive to do an exercise
>OHP trains side delts

You're fucking retarded.
I strict pressed 180 at a bw of 170lbs.
Side delts were still not big enough relative to anterior delt.
I added reverse flies (like a bent over lat raise) and it absolutely blew them up
