How much do I take of the shit? I lost the little spoon that comes with it so now the only thing I have to somewhat measure my dose is a normal spoon. How much goes in a regular spoon for a good dose? Someone take a picture with a quarter next to it for size reference. Pls

i wish i was joking. but its true. google phenibut addiction. shitloads of people are taking at least few grams daily to just maintain normal mood.

its not even just a mental addiction either. you have physical symptoms too. must use it carefully.

my personal experience is that first 4-6 hours you're really relaxed and calm.
next 6 hours you're slightly tipsy on your feet, similar to alcohol, but without the mental haze.
next day you're grumpy.

i did it once before a concert, tasted like pure ass and kicked in 5 hours later, after the concert had already ended. felt like i was drunk without the sloppiness. took painfully long for it to wear off and felt like i lost 20 IQ for a couple of days after.

how many grams?

I started with taking 1-2 500mg tablets of this shit and didn't feel anything. I got frustrated and started taking more until I actually felt something, and now I take 10 tablets about once a fortnight and it makes me feel light-headed and euphoric as well as more confident due to not giving a shit about anything (reduced inhibitions I guess).
