How does washing vegetables keep parasites off? Wouldn't you have to cook them?

I grow my own vegetables and I wash them, only because little bugs might be on them or a bird might have shat on it or something though. I never heard of tapeworms from veggies.

Buy them online or get them at a place like Whole Foods. Use a pill that has black walnut, cloves, and wormwood as it kills the eggs, babies and adults. It's around ten bucks. There is one from kroeger called wormwood combination. Also recommend two raw garlic cloves everyday to keep you clean throughout your life. Look into adding food antifungals like coconut to your diet. I've heard about putting crushed garlic around the a-hole to get the ones around your butt, you can try that. Good luck anons. A good cleansing at least once a year should be done. Western docs/diets/lifestyles usually don't promote this stuff as they should. Yes, clean what you eat but also no matter where you live the parasites are part of everyone's reality.
