the only useful striking ones that you're likely to find a legit gym for are boxing and muay thai.
maybe kickboxing depending on the trainer.
kyokushin dont train or fight full contact and its pretty useless. they end up being fast but weak.

boxing does use legs. but its more for stability, mobility and power when striking.

I dunno shit about grappling though. mostly used by shorter people.

Kyo is less practical than boxing and muay thai with the no head punches rule. But that very rule is what allows the matches and sparring to have a higher contact level. Chest to chest brutality is literally what full contact karate is all about.

How's Judo? I don't really mind the practicality of it. Just wandering if its good for conditioning.
