I dunno, I use a cage and superset squats, weighted pull ups and overhead press. 3 sets of 5 takes me a solid 30 min, my pull ups are at 90lbs, my ohp is at 165, my squats are right at 295/315 (trying to make that jump). After thar i will go straight into toes to bar, pedlay rows 185 lbs and weighted dips (+90) again right around another 30 min. So yeah i take a cage for almost 1 hour, if im with my gf then more than 1 hour. I go to the gym 1 day a week though so i just do the full body thing.
