The feeling you get from drinking more cans is just because liquid also has a mass but since it's mostly just water and sweetener you piss out most of the weight later on. You could drink a lot of coke zero and sips but i'd rather recommend you to get used to water asap or you will fall back into old habits once you lost weight. Belive me... I have been there.

Yeah they can as long as you still maintain a healthy diet and exercise. I use to be bad for drinking pop I'd have like 3 cans a day so around 450 Cals now I have one "sip" it satisfies my thirst and sweet tooth so I no longer drink pop.
