should i dedicate more time in the gym then? i did sl 5x5 for 3 months, stalled at a 95lb bench and like 65lb ohp and switched to ppl for a month, hated the fact that my strength stayed the same. changed it up to reddits nsuns 531 for like 4 months, gained crazy strength. due to me being busy i did like 3 weeks on ICF 5x5, hated squatting everyday so i did GSLP for 3 weeks now and i hate that my strength is the same as when i finished nsuns 531.

how about my strength as a younger guy? i looked into alpha cuckstiny but his program looks like the same thing as ICF

i heard TM only really works for genetically gifted like Lazlow and my bench will suffer

I see that Canditos LP has no bench volume (i know i like bench volume)

Shieko seems intense and even the intermediate one seems to be far too advanced for me

You're perfectly fine, stretch marks aren't a big deal, and I doubt you'd get a bunch eating at only a 300 kcal surplus. The important things are to eat properly, be consistent in the gym, and get enough sleep. With all that accounted for, the last part is just time. And adding in accessories isn't a bad thing, it takes 3 seconds to do so properly and you'll figure out what you like more and what affects you best. You don't need anything major, some pulling, ab work, maybe some hamstring or shoulder work spread out throughout the week. You don't know if TM won't work for you if you don't try it, and if you're truly worried, the 3x beg bench from 28 free works very well and you can do it instead of TM for bench. If it doesn't work, 3x beg squat from 28 free actually works decently well, and then after that, you can do c6w, at least the lower portion. I'd recommend against sheiko because it's too specific for a novice/early intermediate and you'll out progress the program quickly.

I would do an ab roller or planks. I presume ab rolls mean ab roller though tbf. Just double checking.
I would do more reps for the ab roller honestly cause you can't increase the resistance. 4x15 or something is what I'd personally do.
Planks are another story.

I'd do weighted pull-ups on the OHP day cause they work rear delts a little more and suit the themeing.

That's just me, do what works for you.

Programming isn't that difficult. I don't understand why you guys overthink this shit so much .

If you're a beginner add weight to the bar every week on the major compounds .

If you're intermediate then undulate your rep scheme and add weight to the bar once a week or once a month

If you're advanced , then good fucking luck figure it out on your own

Don't even mess with variations or accessories until you prove that you can handle the major compounds on their own. Also don't skip your back work. Do your rows and chin-ups.

If your training needs to be more complicated than that then you're a genetic dead-end you need to find a new hobby

1. a larger gap between V and ID meaning that you can hammer it hard and be less likely to enter ID under recovered
2. a recovery day during which you cn speed recovery and get some extra form practice in
3. more volume

I too found the DL-volume was very low, and that the power-cleans were not too beneficial since they require very light weight and a different stance. So for me I think the problem was I simply didn't get enough practice in the deadlift. Now I started doing speed-reps for deadlift on fridays and feel it working.

Don't have a plan after TM though, I'm straight out of SS just some months ago.

I've tried both. I feel as if my belt gets in the way no matter how low or high I place it, however I still use it anyway. Often it puts me in the position of a rounded lumbar before I even pull any slack out the bar.
Despite having a better starting position without it, I'm still rounding after the bar lifts from the ground.

I get minimal rounding during sumo, and a belt actually helps a ton in sumo.
While I can just pull sumo, its weird that's its just begun happening after being mostly fine for the longest time.
