How much of that is due to bad nutrition though? Everyone's bones were smaller & underdeveloped back then. I think it's a mix of eating tough foods , having good nutrition & genetics.

A kid told me I had no chin when I was 12 or 13 and I realized he was right. Didn't know what mewing was but I started doing it. Now 22 and have a decent (not great) jawline. At least I started soon enough to see results

Yes, been 1 year steady mewing. I also spread my tongue on the top of the pallatte to widen my face.
