Do they straighten?
If yes you're fine
If no then rest and put an ice pack on it

I get that in my right elbow, hurts by the second set every time. No idea if it's a flexibility issue or what. Normally goes away on its own after a day or so. I found no sources discussing this phenomenon in the past and when I've asked here gotten almost no real replies.
Best I can say is change up your hand width on the bar and make sure your elbows aren't supporting the weight of the bar instead of your traps. Also make sure the bar rests on the heels of your palm, not the middle of your palm.

Shit happens to me too

Widen your grip, or switch to high bar for a while if you're squatting low bar. You're almost certainly gripping tighter than your flexibility allows.

What these guys said.
Also, try gripping it "thumbless". I had problems with flexibility and elbow pain until i widened my grip and held the bar that way.

me, started to fuck up my squats.
99% of the time this is because of the bar moving around during the lift or racking/unracking unvenly
for me I fixed it overnight by using chalk on my hands and the centre of the bar, feels so nice and stops it moving at all

also
1) use chalk
2) thumbless grip
3) widen grip
4) keep tight
5) dont wear shirts made of synthetic material (slippery) same goes for sweaty cotton shirts so try wear a hoodie

While I'm squatting i get the urge to take my hands off the bar, i don't know why, anyone else have this problem?

Synthetic shirt actually made it better for me, because it was very grippy. Not all synthetics are equal I guess.
