If you're a femanon, you can't do much about fat. Even for elite female athletes, it's seriously unhealthy to go below 12-14%. Six packs are not for women but if you really want some sort of definition, just do more ab strength exercises (it needs to be high resistance, so if you're just doing hundreds of crunches that's not going to work).
