Is there such a thing as /fit/ cereal?
sure, cereal is just carbs and carbs are good for you. kix is the best low sugar fruity option, fiber 1 cereal that looks like worms is also another good option, so is grapenuts if you want fiber and protein. rice chex and plain puffed rice is good for low sugar but nothing else besides carbs. add in a half cup of blueberries and it's /fit/
most protein cereals use whey anyways and are full of added sugar so just eat cereal for the carby breakfast it is.

No. Most cereals are sugar and starch. Maybe plain Mini Wheats, but don't quote me on that as they may have sugar as well.

Coach's oats takes like 5 minutes, 7 if you include the time it takes to boil the water.

Nope--no sugar! I love to bulk with these and milk. No fat, and a shit ton of carbs and fiber.
Be sure to avoid the FROSTED mini wheats though--these are like 10-15g of sugar per serving.

Kix and non-frosted mini wheats
