What the fuck do people eat while on a Keto diet? Water?

I'm drinking heavy cream with pieces of butter in it right now, I'm not even kidding.

Hamburger and chicken breast are my goto foods.

Just started adding some spaghetti squash. Pork Rinds and salsa for a treat.

If you're thinking going keto: do it. I keep it under 30 grams of carbs and have lost 28 lbs since April 1st, and that is with very light exercising.

Sardines/tuna & veges for lunch
chicken/fish & veges for lunch

literally any foods with fat, protein, or a combination of both

no carbs unless they're coming from veggies

eggs, steak, chicken, fish, shrimp, shellfish
almonds, cashews
avocado, broccoli, lettuce, spinach
hot sauce, mayo, alfredo sauce, blu cheese sauce
heavy cream/ice and chocolate whey for sweet shake desert

and you can make a lot of good stuff in a keto diet. just make sure keeping carbs below 30-50g a day
