How much does my ohp 1rm need to be to impress girls by doing this?
About 2 plates if you're American.

About 1pl8 for europe
Girls suck at judging weights they are only impressed by looks

>tfw u just realized 1pl8 = 2x45 lbs = 2x20 kg
>tfw you've thought you've just hit 2pl8 on ur bench but you're actually at 2.5pl8s
Do americans have 55lbs plates?
>>41280082
this.
they also can't judge height. their only superpower is reading subcommunication

1 girl <unit of mass/weight> = .66-.80 <unit of mass/weight>
By this, I mean the bitch will be not holding still & stiff. She'll be like one of those tsunami bars, but wiggling around while you're trying to lockout.
If you can strict log press/OHP 225lbs/100kg as a 1rm, then a sub 135lb girl should be easy for a couple of reps even if she is a dumb bitch

Yes in America we have 55lb plates. Get on our level faggot.

Won't that lift up her hijab though?
Good luck with your beheading.

This sounds about right.

You really are overstating how much you need to OHP to be able to lift a 130 pound girl over your head. It's definitely harder but I don't think you need to be able to rep 225 on OHP. There's photos of Franco Columbu overhead pressing a girl with one hand and she was completely limp. Then again, I think he OHP'd over 250 pounds.

I meant for reps.
Let's say you have a 1rm of 225 OHP'ing from the clean. Also, just for shit 'n giggles you also have a 1 rm press of 225 from the rack; either way gets you in good & stable. You should be doing 6-10 reps @ 185 then.
Now you take a mid-height (5'5"-5'8") girl on the not to big side (so 115-140lbs). She's completely normie untrained, and wouldn't know how to plank. Your grip is softer because bruising her isn't getting you laid unless she's into that. You flip her up, do about 3-5 reps just to show this isn't a trick, all slow & nice & controlled. It's not an ideal lift or implement, but you want it to look easy. Showmanship: it's why we don't talk about DL'ing but just reply "some pullups & pushups once in a while" when the normies want a routine.
As for Columbo, remember that he was like 5'nothing and knocked out pullups & more pullups
