Am I ready to switch to a proper program or can I keep messing around on a basic ppl that I replaced barbell rows with tbar rows?

I want to be able to lift twice a day if possible. Even if it's just hypertrophy in the morning.

my back issue from yesterday feels better. pretty sure its my rhomboid so this is like the 4th time its had pain

I did some pullups and fucked around with split squats because I tweaked something in my lumbar yesterday and now my whole life is thrown into disarray and malaise REEEEEE

I'm also feeling extremely anxious lately and can't find the strength of mind to deal with some basic family stuff I need to and have been incredibly avoidant of. In terms of mental health and overall momentum and stability I'm roughly 4/10 as of today but within like a week I could be back to a solid 7-8 if my back comes right fast.

I think pressing + benching too often gives me elbow tendonitis. Been having pain at the bottom of my ohp in the elbow for a week now. Think I might stop OHP for the rest of this training cycle. (only 1.5 weeks to go)

Career and fulfilment is a tough one, and I'll leave that at you. Keep your options open because you'll find fulfillment in many things if you give them a try. Make your career your passion and you won't be stuck chasing dreams, but instead make something of what you've got.

Wealth is subjective. You may be happiest wealthy, happiest with moderate wealth or appreciate life poor. Find what makes you feel secure and comfortable and base your goals off that. If you don't mind living in relative poverty because you have a career you enjoy and people who love and support you, then why the hell change?

Just be content with what you have, and make sure you appreciate what comes your way.

Every single person with half a brain in powerlifting says the lats only role is as a stabilizer. Strengthening the lats will do nothing for your bench. The only impact the back has on your bench is a thicker back means slightly shorter rom. This effect is minimal at best. Read once in awhile youve got learning to do

Try weighted chins bro, they wont hurt and they will up your bench. Its not like weighted chins hit just the lats they hit about 80% of the muscles in your upper body and the pecs included

Its not like it will only enhance the stabilizing muscles but you train a vast majority of the support muscles in the bench which makes the weighted chin such a great exercise.

Not only will it help in the bench but it will also help you deadlift more actually
