Started running since April

I improved from 2km in 12min to
3km in 18min
4km in 25min
and finally 5km in 30min

Now I'm going for the pace, did 16:30 3km last week and today I ran 3.5 in 17:20

What progress did you do, /fit/?

Was 240 about 4 weeks ago. Got back to lifting, 4x a week, jog and stair sprints 2x a week. Just finished second week of eating once a day. Weighing about 215. Don't seem to be losing much muscle, body composition looks far better.

Gonna keep the hardcore diet til I hit 190.

Been going to the gym for 1.4 year.

Started at 135lbs 5'10
The first half or maybe 3/4 of a year I wento to like 145, I dind't have a clue what I was doing at the gym, and then maybe 6 months ago I found myself at 135 again because lost weight, had to focus on school and life happened. Now at 150lbs and with better lifts. My shoulder and lats are way bigger. Very noticeable difference. Trying to focus on my arms now.

nice numbers.

Started running sometime late summer last year using C25K.
Did 5k at week 7 I think and then I sort of stopped due to an injury.

Didn't run during the winter at all.

Started running again about 2 weeks ago.
Did 2 short runs 2 weeks ago, one 3km a few days ago; yesterday I went out with the goal to run 5k but already after 3k I decided to go for 10km(I had already mentally ticked the box for 10km completed the moment I thought I'd try it).

So I did my first 10km yesterday with an average pace of 5min 46sec per KM and a final time of like 57:30 for the 10km's

Felt good but my leg/foot was super sore for a bit and I limped for a good 2 minutes after I stopped the run.
