does anyone else honestly hate rest days
I've been running for a few months and I'm becoming obsessed. It's hard to stick to the plan and rest on certain days.

Nah it feels great to let your body get back to 100% and kick ass in the gym the next day. Just do some stretching and light cardio/calisthenics
Make your rest days into flexibility days. Do a front split. Put your legs behind you head.

Just keep pushing yourself to run. I used to run daily and loved doing it, but I had to miss close to a week for reasons and it fucked me up for a month, I couldn't get in the running mood for a while.

Look up tips on form. Decrease your stride length (look up running cadence) and land on your midfoot, not your heel. It gets easier the more you do it. Also running outdoors is way more interesting than running indoors.
