i can overhead press without a problem though so im doing that

But I have converted to the press. My shoulders feel much better than before when I was focusing on bench and dips.

I was forced to since there are more racks than benches in my gym and the benches are always taken. Unfortunately The Press™ is my weakest lift and I look like a dingus doing babby weight.
