At some point the progress slows down or stops anon. You will understand it once you have lifted longer than 6 months.

This is pretty much as big as he can be with the amount of gear he is taking. To reach another level he would need to take even more gear.

Anyways Rich's goal is whatever his goal is. At one point he makes bigger by the day series and bulks up to 350lbs and the next thing you know he wants to make better by the day and cut down to 280lbs or whatever I don't know exact measurements.

But there simply isn't any more muscle mass to gain. He is at his limit so basically no he hasnt made progress but its not a bad thing. Maintaining becomes a reality at some point.
