Would doing only bodyweight exercises get me fit? (Well, and jogging, sprinting)
Yes
Yes.
Perfectly fit.
It's also free and 100% safe. Ignore anyone who tells you you need to buy rings or some other bullshit.

Ring training is excellent though.
Yes but it's easy to stall unless you do more advanced progressions. Running in general is good but I think jump rope pairs even better with bodyweight exercises since it also teaches you to be light on your feet and develops coordination long with explosiveness. Really good for an extra layer of body control training on top of bodyweight strength movements.

Didn't mean to sage forgot to erase it from another thread.

That's not entirely true. You can wear down your joints and injure other areas if you don't have proper form, which is very easy to do if you are jumping into into this without someone else there to point it out to you.
Thanks.
Gonna get fit then.

Yes, but make sure you are doing everything with proper form and read the sticky.

I already did.
But didn't found any information about bodyweight workout.
It's not that popular as lifting, I guess.

I don't wanna advertise products on here or anything, but I did Shaun it's insanity when I was 16 and got ripped. I built so much muscle mass people thought I was lifting, but I had never lifted in my life.

* Go to a thrift store and buy a walker for $15. Boom, you have a dip bar.
* In door chin bars can be bought anywhere for $20.
* Buy a heavy duty backpack for $30.
* Buy used weights as you need them for $1-2 for an a lb.
Boom, dips, chins, and weighted pushups are all very easy to perform and incrementally improve on.
Legs are a bit harder.
