Can hit about 12 with pretty good form with a plate and 5 or so with 2 plates... wide grip as well

People like this obviously have insecurities so they try to put others down. 13 isn't terrible by anyone's measures and the "lmao" at the end just confirms the attempt. Shit's pathetic.
I hurt my biceps doing pull ups yesterday. How long should I wait to lift again? Would bench press hurt biceps up by the shoulder? Maybe I'll stop doing pull ups for a week or two. Couldn't even lift a wrench without pain yesterday. Today feels better but still tender. I'm going to warm up with the lat pulldown machine before pull ups from now on.
