Should I buy BCAA if my protein already has BCAA in it?

BCAAs are a bit of a meme in my opinion, I use them sometimes and they don't really have any noticeable effect

What about L Citruline?

BCAAs are a meme unless you are doing fasted training while cutting or literally a professional athlete.

Good to hear that because I got free creatine instead of free BCAAs with my 2000 gram pure whey purchase
>>
Buy DMAA

How about L Dicklin?

BCAAs are good because most of them are incredibly sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth on a cut that can help with cravings.

Maybe that's just me tho.

Bcaas break your fast.

You cannot do bcaas in a fasted state, for the same reason you can't consume any other food and remain fasted.

Bcaas are only good for vegans who have no good source of bcaas naturally.

If you use animal-based and especially dairy-based protein, there is NO BENEFIT WHATSOEVER to supplementing bcaas.

Vegans strictly speaking don't need bcaas, but since protein synthesis is causatively linked to blood concentrations of leucine, it is a good idea for vegans to supp BCAAS when they eat their plant-based protein (which is almost always low in leucine)

Yeah but you could just as well buy stevia soda or low calorie-high protein ice cream (has almost the same macros as a protein bar)
The latter of which still has bcaas

Citruline malate is shown to be effective on large doses.
An 80kg male needs something to the order of 5g or so for a noticeable performance benefit.

You almost certainly get a bigger benefit from caffeine, and most pre-workouts are so underdosed on citruline so as to render it effectively useless
