your body can "handle" it because of your default build. i'm kinda like you i can "Eat anything" and i'm still at 12%ish bf. doesn't mean i don't feel physically different after i eat shit.

try to compartmentalize your resources so you are eating smaller amounts of those chips and chocolate everyday. so it's not like you wake up to a full day of cheat/reward, but more like doses with every meal. this way you don't have huge swings in your diet, making your diet as a whole, shit. i mean if you eat that shit to begin with your diet is generally shit, but it's not just what you eat, but how you eat it, when, etc.

the best way to eat shit foods is to consistently eat them with your healthy shit, but limit the amount.
