If you belong to the part of the population that benefits from it(people that don't eat a lot of red meat mostly) creatine will add some mass(mostley water) to your muscles this means you will be a bit heavier but since this wight is in your muscles your muscle to fat ratio goes up meaning you will look leaner despite being heavier so if by slimmer you mean "look like you have a lower body fat percentage" the answer is YES you can get slimmer while taking it you can also lose fat while taking it just keep in mind that your fat loss might seem slower than it really is if you are using your weight to track progress
