play around with grip width Ive recently added these aswell because they juice up the delts real good. Old school bb'ers did these a lot

I started with a snatch grip, these made me feel a burning sensation inside my shoulder; not a good sign. Tried a medium grip and these felt good

The consensus is that you should not feel any discomfort, crunching sounds doing these or it will fuck your shit up. You need to be mobile to do these properly

in my experience cardio has been good for actually helping strength gains for 2 reasons

6 months ago I was around 165/105/200 at 84 kg or so. I did a meet 3 months ago and got 172.5/115/212.5 at 86kg, I cut afterwards and haven't lost any strength, even got a squat PR.
