is it possible? broke college student here
Ya man, I've been using my super heavy backpack for curls. I do push ups in my room, crunches. Might get some equipment to bench later on, but there really is no excuse not do.
buy a pullup bar off amazon for like 15 bucks
do dips between two chairs
pullups, dips, pistol squats, hanging leg raises, superman holds is pretty minimal but should hit everything. add in stuff like pushups, inverted rows, planche, lever, handstand work if you want
bodyweight gains are slow but you can still make em. you just gotta eat a bunch

Bruh just buy a 45lb plate
Worth the money and useful.
It's possible, but it depends on your definition of strong. One thing I'll say with confidence, is that be is a great way to start getting in shape. Don't however expect to get huge.

No, he was messing with you. That doesn't do anything

Thought so, it looked ridiculous.

community college, so unfortunately no
>>41256724
That sucks. The only community college I know anything about has a small gym so I thought they all would
>>41256366
pullups and dips are really all you need
add in some core work and leg work so you dont look disproportionate
>>41256366
The fact that you have to ask that means no.
You don't have to ever step foot in a gym or every touch a dingle dumbell or barbell to gain and maintain good levels of strength.
